All orders are fulfilled by sellers of Online Shop, unless otherwise specified whereas Online Shop may carry out fulfilment, packaging and shipment of products on behalf of sellers.
With each product purchase you should receive a tracking code, sometimes a seller may not be able to provide a tracking code due to the cost of the item being low and therefore it may not be cost effective for tracking to be provided. However we encourage all sellers to provide tracking info, this helps us maintain a good standard of service between our sellers and buyers.
All sellers are encouraged to provide tracking information for quicker payouts.
